Many yearly events take place in the vicinity such as the Charlbury Music Festival as well as arts weeks and antique sales in Burford. We are also close to the City of Oxford with its elegant buildings, fantastic shopping, covered market and open top bus tour.

The Thames Path follows the greatest river in England for 184 miles from its source in the Cotswolds almost to the sea. The Vines is an ideal location for those embarking on all or some of the many miles of wonderful waterway.
