Caer Beris Manor Hotel features 20 individually styled bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom for your comfort and privacy: deluxe doubles and twins, two singles, a family room and, for a touch of luxury, our spacious Suite, the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or special occasion. Two rooms are on the ground floor, one of them with a walk-in shower for guests who need step-free access.

How does self check-in work?
You receive arrival instructions and an access code before your stay, so you can arrive at your own pace. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am.
Is there a restaurant?
No. The hotel does not serve food, but Builth Wells, a mile away, has cafés, pubs and restaurants, and private dining can be arranged through local caterers.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome at £20 per dog per stay. Dogs are welcome in most rooms but not in the family room, the Suite or room 22, so please tell us when you book.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a walk-in shower, and the hotel is accessible for wheelchair users.
Can we use the swimming pool and hot tub?
No. The pool and hot tub belong to the holiday lets in the grounds and are reserved for their guests.
Can we walk from the hotel?
The Wye Valley Walk starts at the foot of the drive, ideal for walking or cycling without the car.
What is the difference between the rates?
The advance purchase rate is cheaper but cannot be cancelled or transferred. The standard rate is flexible: you can cancel up to three days before arrival, after which it is non-refundable.
